Campaign Cabinet
The Campaign Cabinet is comprised of community and corporate volunteers who work with United Way of Morris County's Resource Development staff and Board members on the strategic direction and goal-setting for the annual campaign. The primary responsibility of the Cabinet is to build and increase a solid foundation of support for United Way of Morris County in our community.
The Cabinet meets regularly to review process and progress of the annual campaign towards financial goals. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in development and implementation of overall strategies to meet campaign goals.
- Utilizing research and history to develop strategies to increase resources within specific sectors.
- Developing and cultivating partnerships with individual donors, companies, and organizations.
- Recruiting other community leaders to serve as members of the Campaign Cabinet.
- Facilitating introductions with new businesses or individuals and United Way of Morris County.
- Representing United Way of Morris County at events, media opportunities, meetings, companies, and organizations.
- Leading by example with a personal gift to United Way of Morris County.
- Having fun and celebrating success!
As a member of the Cabinet, individuals will:
- Increase their knowledge of community issues that affect Morris County.
- Gain an understanding of United Way of Morris County's work and our role in the community.
- Network with other Morris County community members and corporations.
