EDUCATION: Kids on Track
Education is the cornerstone of individual and community success. It's essential to getting and keeping a job with a livable wage. And it's fundamental to a community's economic prosperity: a well-educated and skilled workforce attracts world-class jobs.
United Way of Morris County's Kids on Track Action Team works to improve youth development in our communities by providing young people – from grade one through high school graduation – with opportunities to learn and grow to their full potential in school and throughout life.
The Kids on Track Action Team engages volunteers and provides them with opportunities to get close to education issues affecting our Morris County communities. Members meet regularly to discuss community problems, and to provide expertise and insight on how to better meet community needs.
