Fostering Self-Sufficiency
Earned Income Tax Credit :: Free Tax Help in Morris County

NORWESCAP's Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Morris County is offering free Federal and State Income Tax preparation assistance.  Internal Revenue Service certified VITA volunteers are available at sites throughout Morris County.

If you have a simple return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, Schedules A&B), you can utilize the FREE Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program of NORWESCAP's Morris RSVP. Spanish speaking volunteers are available. Electronic filing is also available at several of the sites.

The VITA schedule includes day, evening and weekend hours in order to make the service available for as many people as possible. Everyone who needs assistance should bring two forms of ID, including one with a photo, their 2006 tax returns, 2007 W-2s and any relevant forms. Site days and hours are listed below:
