Immigrant Resource Network

Summary of Our Work

IM • MI • GRANT

\ˈi-mə-grənt\
noun – One that immigrates; a person who comes to a country where they were not born in order to settle there.

Morris County consists of 39 municipalities. Each community is comprised of a unique collection of people with varying cultures and ethnicities. In fact, there are more than 92,000 immigrants living and working in Morris County, and this number is growing. The harmony of so many people from a plethora of backgrounds and persuasions living together in such a relatively small land area makes Morris County an exciting place to work and live.

United Way of Morris County's Immigrant Resource Network is a collaboration of community partners whose purpose is to increase awareness and access to resources available to assist immigrants who decide to make Morris County their new home.

As part of United Way's mission of advancing the common good, the Immigrant Resource Network unites people from across the community to work together to identify and address the issues that matter most for immigrant populations living and working in Morris County. We aim to increase awareness, improve access to resources, change conditions, and improve lives.
