Meet the Experts

Jodi Miciak
Income Community Impact Manager and Co-Chair

Jodi MiciakJodi Miciak, Income Community Impact Manager at United Way of Morris County, serves as co-chair of the Housing Alliance.  As co-chair, she shares responsibility in leading the Housing Alliance in its efforts to advocate for affordable housing solutions in Morris County.  As Income Community Impact Manager, Jodi facilitates the strategic direction and achievement of United Way's goals to ensure Morris County residents achieve self-sufficiency.  Prior to joining the United Way team, Jodi managed Morris County's domestic violence Crisis Response Team through Jersey Battered Women's Service, Inc. Before earning her master's degree in Community Psychology and Social Change at Penn State University in Harrisburg, Jodi was a research assistant for the University of Maryland's Department of Psychiatry.  She was also an AmeriCorps case worker for the University's Choice Program where she worked with at-risk youth and adolescents on probation.  Jodi earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Education, from Syracuse University.  Email Jodi Miciak

Dan McGuire
Co-Chair

Dan McGuireDan McGuire, Director of the Headquarters Development Division at Homeless Solutions, Inc., serves as co-chair of the Housing Alliance. As co-chair, he shares responsibility in leading the Housing Alliance in its efforts to advocate for affordable housing opportunities in Morris County. At Homeless Solutions, Dan directs the organization's production and management of award-winning green, affordable rental housing. He has spent the past 10 years in the non-profit housing sector, and prior to that spent a decade at a private sector environmental/engineering firm. Dan earned his bachelor's degree from Kenyon College and his master's degree in city and regional planning from Rutgers University. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Diane Driscoll
Secretary

Diane DriscollDiane Driscoll, Housing Development Specialist at Community Hope, serves as secretary of the Housing Alliance. At Community Hope, Diane works to expand the availability of affordable, supportive community housing opportunities for the organization's low-income, special needs clients. Previously, Diane worked in housing development at Monarch Housing Associates where she developed housing opportunities ranging from single family homes to multi-family buildings that were financed through federal, state, and local sources throughout New Jersey. Diane earned her bachelor's degree at Princeton University.



Mike Wall
Treasurer

Mike WallMike Wall serves as treasurer of the Housing Alliance.  He is an accomplished finance executive with an extensive background in coaching, motivating, and directing teams to success.  Most recently, Mike served as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager at Capital One Bank.  He has been a member of the Housing Alliance since its inception and has served on several boards for local social service agencies.  Mike is a graduate of Drew University.
