Volunteer Models Get Ready to "Strut Their Stuff"
United Way of Morris County and The Shoppes at Union Hill host fourth annual fall fashion show in Denville
July 31, 2007 – Denville, NJ – United Way of Morris County and The Shoppes at Union Hill are expecting a sell out crowd of close to 300 attendees for the fourth annual Fashion Show at The Shoppes at Union Hill on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 6:30pm.
Local community volunteers and friends of United Way will serve as models, and will show off the latest fashions from the retailers at The Shoppes at Union Hill, including Aerosoles, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, The Children’s Place, Clarks Shoes, Gap, Jos. A. Bank, and Talbots. Mr. and Miss Denville, Connor Bennett and Erika Zois, will be among this year’s volunteer model lineup.
United Way is honored to welcome back Mizar Turdiu, commercial actor, as the emcee for the event. The FrostKings Band, a four-piece R&B, swing, and blues band originating from the North Jersey area, will provide the entertainment. The evening’s dinner will be catered by Bensi and Starbucks. All attendees will receive a goody bag, and have the opportunity to participate in a Tricky Tray, which will feature overnight hotel packages, spa and beauty products, gift certificates, and a week-long package at Space Camp in Huntsville, Ala.
The fourth annual fashion show will be held at The Shoppes at Union Hill, 3056 State Route 10 West in Denville, NJ from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. The cost to attend is $40 if registered by August 6; $50 starting August 7, 2007. Proceeds will benefit Helping Children Succeed – United Way of Morris County, which provides children of all ages with the support they need to succeed in childhood, adolescence, and beyond.
