The Commercial Real Estate Network will host its 9th annual Legacy Luncheon to raise funds to "renovate and restore" health and human service agencies throughout Morris County. Over 400 commercial real estate professionals will attend this premier networking event, which raises over $150,000 each year.
The need for the Legacy Luncheon is great, as non-profit agencies operating on tight budgets frequently must leave critical capital repairs on the back burner. Yet, buildings are buildings, and over time stairs sag, roofs leak, bathrooms age, playgrounds rust, carpets wear, and boilers blow.
Since its inception, the Legacy Luncheon has raised over $1,000,000 which, in turn, has funded 66 capital projects at child care centers, shelters, housing for those who live with mental illnesses, YMCAs, agencies providing health services for low income residents, and more.
Legacy Luncheon sponsors and attendees who support the event make an enormous difference keeping dozens of wonderful non-profits safe and sound.
