Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurant Fundraiser

Dozens of volunteers, staff, and friends gathered Thursday, February 22, 2007 to support United Way's rebuilding efforts in the Gulf Coast.  This special event was organized by United Way of Morris County's Alternative Spring Break Team, which is a group of eight college students who will spend a week in March rebuilding homes and restoring hope to communities in the Gulf Coast.  Read more about the Alternative Spring Break program, as well as the local college students participating, by clicking here.

Thanks to the generosity of Chevy's Restaurant, 20% of all proceeds from participating diners on Thursday evening were donated to United Way!  These funds will support United Way's rebuilding efforts in the Gulf Coast.
