United-Way-funded programs:

Kids Count Child Care
Provides developmentally appropriate nurturing and learning for children with and without special needs, ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Learning experiences are created to promote growth in the areas of gross/find motor skills, cognition, communication, and social interaction. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Early Intervention for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities
The Early Intervention Program strives to improve the developmental skills of infants and toddlers, from birth to three years of age, who are "at risk" of, or have been identified as developmentally delayed. Services include special instruction, physical, occupational, speech-language, and feeding therapy based on the needs of each child. Family education and counseling is also provided to assist the family in understanding their child's strengths and weaknesses, accessing appropriate services, and advocating on their behalf.
